The Seagate is a pet-friendly hotel in Delray Beach. We welcome dogs and service animals under 20 pounds with a $100 non-refundable pet deposit and a $25 per-day cleaning fee. Maximum of two dogs. No dog can be left unattended. Any aggressive act/behavior toward an employee or a guest by a dog will result in your pet having to be removed from the facility. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not permitted at the Beach Club, Golf Club, or in Seagate vehicles. 

Overnight valet parking is available for $40 per night plus tax, per vehicle. Vehicles under 6’10” may be parked in The Seagate parking garage. Our on-site garage does not accommodate trailers. Vehicles that exceed the height restriction may be parked within a half-mile of The Seagate hotel at the owner's expense. Contact The Seagate’s Concierge at (561) 665-4990 to arrange nearby parking.

The Resort Fee covers access to our on-site and off-site facilities and amenities including 2 swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, private Beach Club with beach chairs and umbrellas, Golf Club, racquets club, and business centers.

Golf Club Access

The nightly resort fee is subject to a 7% State of Florida Sales Tax and a 6% Palm Beach Country Tourism Development Tax.

Access to The Seagate Beach Club is for members and registered hotel guests only.

The dress code at The Seagate Golf Club’s golf course is collared shirts, tucked in, no cargo shorts. Everyone on the course is expected to dress in a neat and appropriate manner. Sloppy or untidy attire is not permitted.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Now – Dec 19th, 2024 | 72-hour cxl/1-night deposit
Notice of cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date. A 1-night room and tax deposit will be charged within 24 hours of booking. A no-show or late cancel will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Dec 20th, 2024 – Jan 1st, 2025 | Full deposit at the time of booking
Notice of cancellation is non-cancelable & non-transferable. A full deposit at the time of booking will be charged within 24 hours of booking. A no-show or late cancel will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Jan 2nd, 2025 – Dec 18th, 2025 | Full deposit taken 7 days prior to arrival
Notice of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival or forfeit full deposit. A full deposit at the time of booking will be charged within 7 days prior to guest arrival date. A no-show or late cancel will result in forfeiture of full deposit.
